We have a policy where in customer has to pay 3000/- + Tax for having a site visit at his/her place. These advance charges will be adjusted in the product price later. These charges will be applicable within Ludhiana itself.
For outstation customers, we will charge an amount depending on distance from our retail store. Below will be the charges for outstation customer;
Within 60km = 5000/-+ Tax
Between 60-120 =7000/- + Tax
Between 120-250 =9000/- + Tax
For outstation customers, above mentioned charges are not adjustable in the product price due to travel & cost of our team, which means these are extra charges that customer has to bear for having a site visit at their location outside of Ludhiana.
Note- These 3000/- + Tax charges will be valid for 90 days if customer does not go ahead with the advance of his planned purchase. Moreover, if customer pays advance of any kind against the planned purchase then site visit charges will not be applicable.
